Backend Software Development Position

We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer to join our Engineering department. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing scalable, efficient, and secure backend systems.

  • Developing customer-to-supplier dispatching algorithms
  • Creating APIs for 3rd party integrations
  • Designing databases for optimal performance
  • Implementing attribute management systems
  • Enhancing availability and assignment algorithms

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java
  • Experience with MVC frameworks like Spring Boot
  • High comfort level with relational databases (MySQL) and MongoDB
  • Proficiency in working with ORM frameworks like Hibernate
  • Experience with message queues (RabbitMQ) and cache storage (Redis)
  • Solid understanding of architecture and RESTful services
  • Good grasp of SOLID principles
  • Strong object-oriented programming and design pattern skills
  • Comfortable with version control systems
  • Experience with cloud platforms, containers, and orchestration tools is an asset
