About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to lead the design and construction process of various projects. This senior-level role demands collaboration with clients and project managers to develop project plans, create architectural designs, and supervise construction teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Determine project requirements and develop plans in collaboration with clients and project managers.
  • Create architectural designs using advanced software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
  • Manage all phases of the design process from concept to final construction drawings.
  • Supervise construction teams to ensure adherence to design specifications and budgets.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address issues.
  • Review contractor bids and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in architectural design and construction management.
  • Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients, team members, and contractors.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and legal standards.
  • Experience with residential or commercial projects is preferred.
