A detail-oriented Site Supervisor is required to oversee the installation process of our products on-site. This role is crucial in ensuring that all installations meet the required standards and expectations.

Job Description:
  • The successful candidate will conduct thorough site inspections before delivery to ensure readiness for installation.
  • They will cross-check delivered goods against order specifications and packing lists, reporting any discrepancies or shortages promptly.
  • The Site Supervisor will supervise installation work strictly in accordance with company standards and guidelines.
  • They will validate and verify contractor bills and site expenses to maintain cost control.
  • The Site Supervisor will perform final inspections to ensure all fittings and installations meet safety and quality standards.
  • They will coordinate with clients to obtain the final finishing report, confirming satisfaction.
  • The Site Supervisor will compare completed installations with design drawings to ensure accuracy and adherence.
  • They will lead and manage on-site labor and contractor teams for optimal productivity.
  • Addressing any installation issues or modifications in collaboration with contractors is also essential.
  • The Site Supervisor will match on-site measurements with drawings, documenting discrepancies using a standard checklist.
  • They will perform point marking and apply elevation layouts and drawings accordingly.
  • Reporting item shortages to the Site Manager and raising complaints within 24 hours is a key responsibility.
  • Maintaining effective communication with Sales, Warehouse, and SCM departments is crucial for material readiness.

Qualifications:

Bachelor / DAE Civil Engineering

Minimum 3+ years of site supervision and installation experience.

Strong understanding of interior fit-outs/modular furniture installations

Proficient in using measurement tools and basic site documentation.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.
