Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead architectural design projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in architectural planning, construction detailing, and building codes while demonstrating leadership in managing teams and collaborating with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of architectural projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.
  • Oversee the preparation of architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve design-related challenges.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior architects and designers.
  • Stay updated with emerging architectural trends, materials, and sustainability practices.
  • Ensure all projects align with company goals, budget, and timeline constraints.
  • Overseeing Submission to CDA, RDA, GDA.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).
  • 6 years of experience in architectural design, planning, and execution.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Architectural license/certification is preferred.

Preferred Experience:

  • Working knowledge of BIM and 3D visualization tools.
  • Experience in commercial, residential, or institutional projects.
