E-commerce Store Operator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to manage the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce store, focusing on household and ladies' needs in the Pakistani market.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in photography, video making, store operation, customer dealings, and managing daily tasks.

  • Key responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, managing retail sales, maintaining organization, and providing training to new staff members.

This is a full-time, on-site role requiring strong communication and customer service skills, as well as knowledge of local e-commerce market trends and practices.
