- The Project Leader is accountable for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.

• Development of a comprehensive project plan, aligning with the Work Breakdown Structure
• Identification and engagement of resources required for the project team, in collaboration with the Program Office
• Management of contracting arrangements for potential vendors, ensuring smooth execution
• Preparation of Delivery Models, outlining project scope and timelines
• Organization and facilitation of regular team meetings, promoting open communication
• Co-ordination of the Change Management process associated with the project
• Preparation of the Business Requirements Specification, identifying project needs
• Management of the project through the Project/Operational Readiness Review, ensuring readiness for implementation
• Achievement of the delivery date, meeting stakeholder expectations
