Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Growth Strategist to own our lead generation efforts and drive significant, measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Take full ownership of our Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) targets, define clear criteria with the sales team, set monthly goals, and provide transparent reports on progress using real numbers.
  • Cross-Channel Testing: Ideate, prioritize, and execute rapid tests across paid acquisition, SEO/content, partnerships, email, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Paid Acquisition Mastery: Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and Microsoft Advertising, focusing on cost-per-SQL and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Landing Page Optimization: Ship and iterate on landing pages using WordPress and Gravity Forms, run on-site experiments to improve conversion rates from visitors to qualified leads.
  • Content Strategy: Conduct technical SEO audits and create strategic content addressing our ideal customer's pain points, measured by the number of SQLs generated.
  • Email Nurture Campaigns: Develop effective email and lead nurturing sequences guiding prospects from initial contact to a qualified sales conversation.
  • Data Analysis: Maintain meticulous tracking using tools like GA4, GTM, and Meta Pixel, build dashboards providing a clear understanding of driving revenue and SQLs.
