Job Title:

DevOps Engineer

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure on AWS to support multiple software development projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage cloud infrastructure, including provisioning and deployment of resources.
  2. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
  3. Monitor system performance, availability, and security using tools like CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.
  4. Design and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
  5. Set up and manage development, staging, and production environments.
  6. Collaborate with software developers to ensure smooth integration, testing, and deployment of applications.
  7. Troubleshoot system and deployment issues quickly and efficiently.
  8. Ensure access controls, backup strategies, and disaster recovery plans are in place.
  9. Automate routine system maintenance tasks and optimize deployment workflows.
  10. Document procedures, configurations, and support processes for internal teams.
Requirements:
  • Strong background in cloud computing and DevOps practices.
  • Proficiency in AWS services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, and CloudFormation.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools, such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.
  • Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools, like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.
  • Skills in scripting languages, including Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
