Beverage Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and friendly Beverage Expert to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a range of specialty coffee drinks, tea, and other beverages
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, using your knowledge of menu items and ingredients
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or questions in a professional and courteous manner
• Recommend menu items based on customer preferences and dietary needs
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory
• Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and placing orders when necessary

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent education required
• Prior experience as a barista or in the food industry is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art is essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Customer-focused attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to provide excellent service
• Basic math skills and attention to detail for handling cash transactions
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is an asset
