Market Research Manager Job Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Market Research Manager to lead our team in conducting statistical research and quantitative analysis, as well as marketing research for clients. This role requires a graduate or masters degree in marketing and research, with 5+ years of experience in supporting the development of effective marketing programs.

  • Conduct advanced quantitative and qualitative analyses of trends to enhance, upgrade and deepen retention strategies.
  • Analyze customer needs, perceptions and behavior through a combination of proprietary and syndicated customer research studies.
  • Develop strategic recommendations and projects that directly address client specific research questions.
Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include producing product and service industry specific marketing & competitive background decks, managing New Business and existent business competitive research data, assets and decks for competitive presentations, and participating in brainstorming sessions to identify new marketing opportunities.

The successful candidate will be an expert at use and sourcing of research tools, have a solid understanding of the advertising/media industry, and possess excellent analytical thinking skills.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate or masters degree in marketing and research.
  • 5+ years of experience conducting statistical research and quantitative analysis, as well as marketing research for clients.
  • Excellent analytical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and express implications of analysis.
  • Demonstrated high level of proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
