Lead Online Advertising Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Lead Online Advertising Specialist to drive our business forward by developing and executing effective online advertising campaigns.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and have hands-on experience with Google Ad platforms. You will be responsible for analyzing campaign performance, identifying trends, and suggesting improvements to increase ROI.

In this role, you will:

  1. Campaign Management: Manage and optimize Google Ad campaigns to achieve business objectives.
  2. Target Audience Definition: Collaborate with the marketing team to define target audiences and set campaign goals.
  3. Digital Platform Selection: Identify the most effective digital platforms and ad formats for each campaign.
  4. Campaign Setup and Launch: Set up, launch, and monitor advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Merchant Center.
  5. Ad Creative Optimization: A/B test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to enhance campaign performance.
  6. KPI Monitoring: Ensure campaigns meet KPIs and budget requirements through continuous optimization.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven 1-2 years of experience as a Google Ads Specialist or a similar role.
  • Expertise in managing and optimizing Google Ad campaigns.
  • Experience with keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing.
  • An analytical mindset with an ability to identify trends and insights.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and other relevant tools.
