Tax Management Role

Lead a team of tax professionals to provide high-quality services to clients across various industries. Ensure compliance and reporting needs are managed effectively, and internal and external relationships are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client engagements, monitor progress, and deliverables.
  • Establish and maintain standardized processes, identify risks, and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Create and motivate high-performing teams, build a positive learning culture, and coach junior team members.
  • Assist in managing engagement economics, organizing staffing, tracking fees, and communicating issues to project leaders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, taxation, or a related field.
  • MBA, Master's, or another related advanced degree, and/or professional qualifications (e.g., CA, CPA, ACCA, CTA, ADIT).
  • Strong knowledge of domestic and international tax rules/regulations, corporate tax, and compliance.
  • Experience in tax accounting and auditing, ideally within a large professional services company.
  • Strong track record of managerial, organizational, and project management experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience dealing with multinational clients and working in a multi-cultural environment.
  • In-depth commercial, legislative, and industry knowledge.
