
Corporate Secretary Job Description

As an Assistant Company Secretary, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on corporate governance matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and managing our company's statutory records and filings. You will also work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote good governance practices.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong academic background in law, business administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in corporate governance, secretarial services, or a related field. A professional qualification such as ACCA or CA would be an added advantage.
You will be expected to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
