As a seasoned Backend Developer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development of cutting-edge web applications. We are seeking an accomplished professional with expertise in Rust and its ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable features and systems that meet high performance standards.
  • Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices to support frontend and mobile applications.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices such as CI/CD, code reviews, and secure coding standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of multiple programming languages including Java, Node.js, PHP, and Python, along with a solid grasp of frontend and mobile technologies such as React and React Native. They will demonstrate strong communication skills in English for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of professional software development experience with at least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Rust.
  • Strong proficiency in one or more of the following: Java (Spring Boot), Node.js / Express, .NET / .NET Core.
  • Proven experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Familiarity with front-end and mobile languages (e.g., React, React Native, Tailwind CSS).

The successful candidate will have knowledge of Rust frameworks and tools such as Actix, Axum, Rocket, Tokio, SQLx, SeaORM, Serde, Clap, Reqwest, and experience with Git, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines. A solid understanding of the entire web development process, from design to deployment, is essential.
