Job Title: Freelance Bidder for Online Projects

The primary responsibility of a Freelance Bidder is to identify and pursue relevant projects posted on various online job platforms. To excel in this role, one must possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strategic approach to secure high-quality projects that align with the company's expertise and goals.

  • Monitor and analyze job postings across multiple platforms to identify potential opportunities.
  • Compose and submit compelling proposals tailored to each project's specific requirements.
  • Maintain a high bid conversion rate by effectively understanding client needs and presenting our services.
  • Engage with potential clients to clarify project details and requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on project scope and capabilities.
  • Systematically track bid submissions, follow-ups, and responses.
  • Provide regular updates on bid status and outcomes to the management team.
  • Develop strategies to enhance bidding success and client acquisition.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in bidding for projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Toptal, Guru, PeoplePerHour, 99designs, TaskRabbit, Thumbtack, SimplyHired, and Hubstaff Talent.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of web development, design, and other IT services offered by the company.
  • Ability to craft persuasive and customized proposals.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using project management and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with international clients.
  • Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing, and content writing projects.
  • Background in IT services or a related field.
