About Us:

We are seeking a professional Business Growth Specialist to help our business prioritize existing customers and bring new clients on board. The ideal candidate will be tasked with maintaining current clients, growing our customer base, keeping accurate correspondence records, meeting regularly with management, updating client details, and developing briefings for ongoing and upcoming projects.

To ensure success in this role, the ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent active listening and communication skills, good personal presentation, politeness, and tact, and be able to manage and perform under high-pressure environments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute growth plans to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to execute tasks according to client needs.
  • Develop growth strategies, set goals, and measure future achievements.
  • Inspire repeat business from clients.
  • Monitor and measure client satisfaction.
  • Optimize the revenue-generating funnel.
  • Deal with client requests and troubleshoot problems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Tech industry background preferred.
  • Calm, polite, and professional behavior.
  • Reliable and self-motivated.
  • General business operating and client retention knowledge.
  • High service orientation.
  • Responsive in communication with clients.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Slack, Trello, Asana, Outlook, Teams, and others.
