We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Campaign Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies in line with overall campaign objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals and key performance indicators.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, display ads, and search engines, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance.
  • Monitor campaign performance, providing regular reports on key metrics and KPIs to stakeholders, and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other team members to develop compelling campaign assets that engage target audiences and drive results.
  • Manage campaign budgets and resources effectively, ensuring cost-efficient allocation and maximizing ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, applying knowledge to inform campaign development and execution.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining the content calendar for digital campaigns, ensuring seamless integration with overall marketing strategy.
  • Support A/B testing initiatives to improve campaign performance and inform future marketing decisions.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed to deliver high-quality campaign assets and services.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing or campaign management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making, with ability to interpret complex data sets and inform strategic decisions.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with ability to generate innovative campaign ideas and concepts.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to articulate complex ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM principles is beneficial.
