Software Development Manager Position

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Software Development Manager.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Coding and Implementation: Conduct coding for technical specifications written by clients, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
  2. Troubleshooting and Analysis: Investigate problems reported by clients, document the results of investigations, and suggest solutions to defects and problems detected during tests.
  3. Test Planning and Execution: Execute tests on software by creating and implementing test plans and test harnesses, documenting the results of tests.
  4. Maintenance and Improvement: Perform maintenance of programs, correct defects identified during the maintenance process, and propose enhancements to existing code.
Requirements:
  1. Education: A bachelor's degree in an IT-related field, such as computer science or software engineering.
  2. Technical Skills: Knowledge of software coding according to published standards and guidelines set out by clients, adaptability, ability to perform under pressure, and strong analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Industry Experience: At least 5 years of experience in software development and management, preferably in a similar role.
  2. Language Skills: Strong English language skills, both written and verbal.
