Lead Digital Strategist

The ideal candidate will lead the development of strategic social media and community engagement initiatives to drive business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective social media strategies to engage target audiences.
  • Leverage search engine optimization, digital marketing, and paid/organic techniques to increase website traffic and membership.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to continuously improve our online presence.
  • Manage relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
  • Oversee the creation and delivery of engaging content, including videos, blogs, images, and rich media ads.
  • Identify and tailor engagement strategies to grow communities and reach target customers and influencers.
Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

A master's degree in Marketing or a related field is required.

Four to five years of experience in a similar role is essential.

Excellent writing, communication, and customer relation skills are necessary.

A proven ability to lead and manage teams and multiple stakeholder groups is required.
