Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Network and Systems Management:
    • Administer and maintain the company's network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.
    • Monitor and troubleshoot network issues, providing timely resolution and proactive problem-solving.
  • Hardware and Software Support:
    • Install, configure, and maintain hardware components, including servers, desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
    • Provide technical support for software applications, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with vendors when necessary.
  • Cybersecurity:
    • Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect the company's data and systems from potential threats.
    • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in cybersecurity to ensure the organization's security posture.
  • User Support and Training:
    • Provide end-user support, addressing IT-related inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Develop and deliver training sessions to enhance the technical skills of employees and promote a culture of IT awareness.
  • System Upgrades and Maintenance:
    • Coordinate and execute system upgrades and patches, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
    • Conduct regular system audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary updates.
  • Collaboration and Documentation:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand IT requirements and align technology solutions with business objectives.
    • Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Specialist or similar role.
  • Proficiency in network administration, system maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
