Chatbot Developer

We are seeking an experienced conversational interface specialist to design, develop, and deploy innovative chatbots that provide exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement conversational interfaces using natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML) techniques.
  • Develop and deploy chatbots on various platforms, such as Dialogflow, Botpress, or ManyChat.
  • Integrate chatbots with multiple data sources, APIs, and third-party services.
  • Test and debug chatbots to ensure they function correctly and meet the desired user experience standards.
  • Maintain and update chatbots to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and business stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in NLP, ML, and chatbot development.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in chatbot development, NLP, or ML.
  • Proficiency in programming languages, such as Python, JavaScript, or Ruby.
  • Experience with chatbot platforms, NLP libraries, and ML frameworks.
  • Certifications in chatbot development, NLP, or ML are highly valued.
