Administrative professionals play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of organizations. In this context, we are seeking an Office Coordinator to join our Islamabad office.

About the Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical.
  • Draft, format, and manage formal correspondence and internal communications.
  • Record and monitor all incoming and outgoing communications.
  • Track and manage NOC timelines, including expirations, renewals, and follow-ups.
  • Liaise with government departments to ensure timely compliance with NOC and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with policies.

This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office. Experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within an international organization, is highly desirable.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Prior experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within an international organization.
  • Solid understanding of NOC processes and government compliance procedures.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Relevant degree or qualification in administration or related field.
