Job Title:

Website Manager

As a seasoned Websites Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management and success of WordPress/WooCommerce websites. Your primary responsibilities include:

  1. Overseeing all aspects of website design and user experience, ensuring seamless navigation and efficient information architecture.
  2. Developing and executing a comprehensive on-page and technical SEO strategy to increase organic traffic and search engine rankings, driving business growth and revenue.
  3. Monitoring website performance, including loading speed, and troubleshooting any technical issues promptly, minimizing downtime and maximizing user satisfaction.
  4. Taking ownership of the website's sales and revenue targets, analyzing website traffic and user behavior to identify opportunities to increase sales, drive conversions, and boost customer engagement.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing and growing WordPress/WooCommerce e-commerce websites, with a proven track record of success.
  • Expert-level proficiency with WordPress and WooCommerce, including theme customization, plugin management, and backend administration, ensuring seamless website operation and scalability.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO principles, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO best practices, driving organic traffic and improving search engine rankings.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other relevant SEO tools, enabling data-driven decision-making and informed marketing strategies.
  • Soft skills include a highly analytical and data-driven mindset, strong project management skills, excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, a proactive and results-oriented attitude, and effective communication and teamwork.
