Digital Marketing Director

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Director to develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and technologies, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a digital marketing strategy that drives traffic, sales, and revenue growth through effective online initiatives. This includes SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive traffic, sales, and revenue growth.
  • Drive traffic, sales, and revenue growth through effective digital marketing initiatives.
  • Optimize website performance and user experience to maximize conversion rates and revenue per visitor.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Manage and mentor the eCommerce marketing team, providing guidance and support to achieve their goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in ecommerce and digital marketing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on ecommerce.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and technologies, such as Magento, Shopify, or WooCommerce.
  • Experience managing and mentoring a team of digital marketers.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
