Job Title: Digital Marketing Strategist

Pixelette Technologies seeks a skilled digital marketing professional to drive the success of our email marketing efforts. As part of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for managing, creating, and executing campaigns that engage and nurture leads and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Email Strategy Development: Develop and implement direct email marketing strategies to enhance engagement with subscribers, promote products, and convey technology value.
  • Email Content Creation: Craft compelling email content, including newsletters, promotional offers, and personalized communications, that align with our brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Segmentation and Personalization: Manage email lists, segmentation, and personalization strategies to target campaigns effectively and increase relevance for different audience segments.
  • Testing and Optimization: Test and optimize emails for various devices and email clients, ensuring high deliverability, open rates, and click-through rates.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze email campaign performance, utilizing A/B testing and analytics to report on results and make data-driven decisions for future campaigns.
  • Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure compliance with all email regulations (such as GDPR), maintaining best practices for list management, content, and sending.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with designers, content creators, and tech teams to produce visually appealing and technically sound email templates and designs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and web analytics.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot) and knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design customization.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to detail and a passion for creating engaging email content.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in measuring and analyzing campaign performance to drive improvements.
  • Solid understanding of email marketing concepts and metrics such as Sender Score, deliverability, and sender reputation.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
