We are seeking a Digital Content Creator to join our team and help us create engaging digital content that resonates with our target audience. As a Digital Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a content strategy that drives engagement and conversions.

• Develop and implement a content calendar that aligns with our marketing goals.
• Create and publish engaging LinkedIn articles on communication inefficiencies in healthcare and how they can be solved through innovative solutions.
• Develop and execute a lead generation plan using paid LinkedIn advertising.
• Engage decision-makers (CIOs, physicians, practice managers) through insightful posts that showcase your expertise and thought leadership.

• Leverage organic LinkedIn for thought leadership and outreach to establish yourself as a key influencer in the field of healthcare communication.
• Create and publish engaging LinkedIn ads to drive new leads and customer acquisition.
• Engage decision-makers with clear offerings to activate requests for demos and/or registrations.
• Promote free 30- or 60-day trials to small physician groups, telehealth providers, surgery centers, and home health agencies.
• Reactivate previous clients and early adopters through email marketing and testimonials.

• Fluent in English with exceptional writing and communication skills.
• Experienced in content marketing, particularly on LinkedIn and within online communities.
• Familiar with healthcare IT and physician workflows, allowing you to create relevant and engaging content.
• A strategic thinker who understands audience engagement and conversion strategies.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with the broader team as needed.
• Creative and proactive, always looking for ways to enhance marketing impact.
