About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation of cloud integration, creating working patterns of cloud native technologies like Kubernetes engine and migrating existing workloads to GCP.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud architecture and experience with hybrid applications on Google Cloud Platform services such as Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, Storage, Identity, Security, Networking, and Management Tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement cloud integration architectures for hybrid applications.
  2. Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform and Cloud Development Kit (CDK).
  3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth migration of workloads to GCP.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement process/system to project cloud consumption costs.
  5. Drive automation for current user activities including automated testing, deployments, validations, and backouts.
  6. Foster open discussion and training on cloud information security architecture.
  7. Design high-level and low-level architecture for On-premises development, test, staging, and production environment to Google Cloud Platform.
  8. Resolve technical and process blockers for cloud migration/adoption.
  9. Coordinate with Architect on architecture design and provide input on business logic and integrations for Cloud migration programme.
  10. Build trusted relationships with business & IT stakeholders and understand emerging customer needs and opportunities.
