Job Title: Chief Design Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Architect to lead architectural design projects from concept to completion.

  • Strong expertise in architectural planning, construction detailing, and building codes.
  • Leadership in managing teams and collaborating with clients and stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading architectural design projects ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.

  • Oversee architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors for project success.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve design-related challenges.
  • Mentor junior architects and designers providing technical guidance.
  • Stay updated on emerging architectural trends, materials, and sustainability practices.
  • Ensure all projects align with company goals and timeline constraints.
  • Overseeing submission to relevant authorities.
Requirements & Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).
  • 6 years of experience in architectural design, planning, and execution.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Architectural license/certification is preferred.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Desirable skills and experience include:

  • Working knowledge of BIM and 3D visualization tools.
  • Experience in commercial, residential, or institutional projects.
