We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Purchasing and Procurement Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily purchasing activities, supervising staff, and allocating tasks efficiently. They will also be tasked with maintaining supplier relations, negotiating contracts, prices, and timelines, as well as coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.

Maintaining the highest standards of quality and adhering to specifications is paramount in this role. The ideal candidate should have experience in procurement management, strong critical thinking and negotiation skills, and excellent communication skills.

To succeed in this position, you must possess:

  • A degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Experience as a purchasing manager or in a similar position.
  • Deep knowledge of inventory and supply chain management.
  • Supervisory and management experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
