Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced GCP Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. As a member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing scalable cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

You will work closely with our development teams to automate deployments, build CI/CD pipelines, and ensure our systems are secure, efficient, and production-ready.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and Implement Scalable Infrastructure Solutions
  • Use GCP services such as GKE, Compute Engine, and Cloud Storage to design and deploy scalable infrastructure solutions
  • Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform, Deployment Manager, or other IaC tools
Automate Deployments and Build CI/CD Pipelines
  • Use tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Cloud Build to automate deployments and build CI/CD pipelines
  • Configure and manage networking components like VPCs, Cloud Load Balancing, Cloud CDN, and hybrid connectivity
Implement Logging, Monitoring, and Alerting
  • Use Google Cloud Operations Suite to implement logging, monitoring, and alerting
  • Apply best practices in cloud security, IAM, and cost optimization

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience with GCP and cloud infrastructure
  • Good working knowledge of core GCP services: GKE, Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, IAM, and Cloud Functions
  • Practical experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar
  • Solid understanding of cloud networking, DevOps practices, and automation
  • Ability to troubleshoot performance issues and optimize cloud costs
  • Experience working in agile, fast-paced environments
  • Familiarity with containerization and microservices architecture
