Renewable Energy Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Renewable Energy Infrastructure Specialist to join our solar installation team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing the civil works required for solar energy projects, ensuring timely completion, safety, and efficiency in constructing foundations, mounting structures, cable trenches, and other site preparation tasks.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform site preparation, including land leveling, excavation, and compaction.
  • Construct and install RCC or steel foundations for solar mounting structures.
  • Execute trenching, conduit laying, and backfilling for electrical cables.
  • Assist in mounting structure installation and alignment.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations.
  • Collaborate with engineers, electricians, and site personnel.
  • Maintain daily logs and reports of work completed.

Key Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in civil works, particularly in solar or energy-related projects.
  • Understanding of construction drawings and civil layouts.
  • Operational knowledge of construction equipment (excavator, compactor, etc.).
  • Physical fitness and adaptability to outdoor environments.
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to follow instructions.
