Job Description:

• Deliver operational support and maintenance for the IT infrastructure environment, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Develop and deliver infrastructure projects, changes, and improvements, aligning with business objectives and strategic plans.
• Provide technical leadership in developing infrastructure strategies and plans, driving innovation and growth.
• Mentor team members and act as an escalation point for incidents and requests, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• At least 5 years of experience in the IT industry, with a strong background in infrastructure management.
• Familiarity with core Microsoft technologies, virtualisation technologies, NetApp storage solutions, FlexPod architecture, databases, MS Exchange, Citrix, UNIX, and web technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
