Chief Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Marketing Strategist to lead our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans that drive growth and engagement.

Job Purpose:

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our organization's operations and offerings, identifying opportunities for growth, and creating new solutions to meet the needs of our stakeholders. They will develop and implement strategies and campaigns to strengthen our presence locally and internationally, mature our brand and identity, and create new opportunities for expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that grow audiences for our products and services
  • Strategize and implement effective marketing campaigns, including strategy design, execution, tracking, results reporting, analysis, and recommendations
  • Promote our online presence through dynamic content creation and engagement with stakeholders
  • Represent us as our agent towards external parties, including the media, stakeholders, and potential clients
  • Analyze and optimize financial performance by preparing annual budgets, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions
Requirements

Candidate Requirements:

  • At least 3-12 years of experience in marketing
  • Strong written and verbal English skills
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities
  • Solid budget management knowledge

Essential Qualities:

  • Analytical and creative thinking
  • Self-motivation
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current and online marketing techniques and best practices

A background in web analytics and crowdsourcing marketing is an asset but not required. The ideal candidate should possess a unique blend of creativity, analytical skills, and business acumen.
