Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist located in Lahore. The primary responsibility of this position is to identify and generate new business opportunities, conduct market research, and sell agency services to potential clients.

  • Maintain customer relationships and contact provided leads.
  • Reach out to potential customers on LinkedIn & other platforms and prepare sales presentations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and analytical skills, along with a focus on achieving sales targets.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will be established to measure the success of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research experience.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills.
  • Ability to contact provided leads and convert them into clients.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus.
Benefits

Salary Range: PKR 50K to 65K with 10% commission (Expected Gross Salary PKR 100K to 150K).
