A key role in this position is to foster strong relationships with students, ensuring they receive the support and resources needed to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct student attendance and track absentees on a regular basis.
  2. Organize parent-teacher meetings monthly to facilitate open communication.
  3. Resolve student complaints promptly and efficiently.
  4. Distribute vouchers to students in a timely manner and follow up as necessary.
  5. Manage student batch transfers, extra classes, and backups to ensure seamless academic experience.
  6. Cultivate effective relationships between students, teachers, and staff members, addressing any issues that may arise.
  7. Maintain accurate records of student-related documents and reports.
  8. Communicate with fee defaulters through phone calls or letters to resolve payment issues.
