The Trainee Sales Engineer role is an entry-level position designed to develop future technical sales professionals with deep knowledge of defense solutions.
This role will focus on bridging the gap between product technology and client needs, supporting sales activities and gaining real-world exposure to the defense business ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bridge the gap between product technology and client needs.
- Gain knowledge of company products, specifications, and system functionalities.
- Assist in preparing technical proposals, quotations, and product demos.
- Support Sales Engineers in client meetings, taking notes, and identifying needs.
- Attend product training sessions and exhibitions to gain industry exposure.
- Maintain customer relationship records and follow-ups in CRM systems.
Requirements
- Fresh graduate with a degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering from reputable recognized universities.
- Internships or coursework in technical sales or defense applications are advantageous.
- Strong academic record and eagerness to learn.
- Training in CRM tools or sales techniques is a plus.
