**Job Title:** Data Analysis and Reporting Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Data Analysis and Reporting Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving success through data scrutiny, analysis, and insightful presentation.

The ideal candidate is someone who wants to be part of something impactful, possessing strong data presentation skills and advanced communication skills for managing cross-functional projects.

  • Gather deep knowledge of your work and its contribution to the company's success.
  • Build relationships and understand how to execute tasks smoothly and efficiently.
  • Review reports on sales trends and DFS performance, including M Wallets, Cash In & DR.
  • Handle DFS operations such as agent onboarding, credit monitoring, reporting, analysis, and regional promo design.
  • Collaborate with the team on delivering reports, dashboards, and supporting channel performance analysis.
  • Evaluate channel complaints timely and share resolution details with the sales team.
  • Participate in documentation processes like induction, ownership changes, suspension, and termination.
  • Develop and organize training sessions for the franchise channel based on updated business needs.
  • Provide backend support for new partner induction.
  • Analyze detailed DFS business and recommend improvements to senior management.
  • Anticipate challenges, assess their impact, and suggest solutions.
  • Monitor daily performance of franchise and retail channels.
  • Resolve operational issues related to JAZZ Cash in coordination with Mobilink Bank.
  • Assign DFS/JazzCash credits to selected franchises.
  • Ensure compliance with targets and KPIs across the region.
  • Address business queries from the sales team with thorough analysis and recommendations.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, with strong reporting and analysis skills.
  • Good communication skills, ability to create and present crisp presentations to diverse audiences.

  • Resilience, professionalism, maturity, responsibility, and honesty.
  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree from a reputable university is a plus.
