About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our team at ATSG. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a fast-paced environment, providing technical expertise to ensure seamless network operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide escalated support for critical incidents and problem management activities, including fault isolation, troubleshooting, and resolution support.
  • Gather necessary information to diagnose issues, drive them to resolution, and identify root causes.
  • Review customer networks, design infrastructure changes, and participate in implementations of complex enterprise environments.
  • Complete service requests, network implementations, migrations, and other change management engineering activities.
Requirements:
  • 6-8 years of experience in a technical environment with demonstrated enterprise-level network troubleshooting.
  • Previous experience in router and switch configuration, circuit configuration, VLAN configuration, iOS upgrade, data network infrastructure support, and WAN routing/optimization technologies.
  • Certifications: CCNA, JNCIA, Fortinet NSE4 required; CCNP, ITIL preferred.
