We are a pioneering energy company that requires a seasoned professional to oversee gas supply operations. This role demands expertise in mechanical, chemical, petroleum, or electronics engineering.

1. Developing ADPs: Create Annual Delivery Plans in conjunction with stakeholders, taking into account downstream demand and upstream supplies of QG.
2. Terminal Operations: Ensure the regasification plan of EETPL terminal operates smoothly by making necessary revisions.
3. LNG Quality Assurance: Examine LNG quality and quantity discharge reports from Independent Surveyors and address any discrepancies.
4. Billing Reviews: Conduct regular checks on monthly billing review reports submitted by independent Consultant SGS Gulf.
5. Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and maintain data on LNG deliveries, re-gasified volumes, and daily stockpiles at the terminal.
6. Reporting and Record-Keeping: Keep accurate records and prepare reports when required.
7. Inventory Optimization: Develop strategies for effective inventory management during irregular situations like schedule changes, RLNG off-take, or unexpected terminal shutdowns.
8. Collaboration and Communication: Foster open communication with the terminal operator to guarantee seamless operations.
9. FSRU Inventory Checks: Monitor FSRU inventory levels daily to prevent disruptions in operations.
10. Disruption Mitigation: Collaborate with terminal operators to devise strategies for minimizing the impact of terminal outages on regasification activities.
11. Supply Chain Efficiency: Facilitate collaboration between Gas Control and relevant parties for efficient RLNG supply chain operations.
12. Laytime Estimation: Calculate estimated laytime for upcoming vessels to minimize potential liabilities and demurrage.
13. Schedule Alignment: Analyze LNG Supplier's 90-day schedule from an operational standpoint and create a comprehensive operational plan.
14. Ad-hoc Tasks: Execute additional tasks delegated by your direct supervisor.
