Job Summary
This is a key role within our organization, responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing tasks efficiently and effectively, while also providing exceptional communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Oversee daily activities to guarantee required support and ensure smooth workflow.
- Issue Identification: Identify operation-related issues and implement strategies to maximize efficiency in terms of time, cost, and resources.
- Work Execution: Prepare daily to-do lists and execute work efficiently, ensuring timely completion.
- Daily Reporting: Report daily activities to management and highlight significant concerns.
- Strategic Communication: Communicate with upper management to develop strategic operations goals.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor operational performance of internal and external service providers.
- Team Performance: Provide a conducive work environment that fosters productive work.
- Metrics Analysis: Monitor performance metrics to drive improvement.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Education: A bachelor's degree in management or business administration from a recognized university.
- Experience: At least 2 years of work experience in a relevant field.
- Candidate Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of customer relationships and issue resolution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Superb interpersonal skills, including building rapport with customers and suppliers.
- Good knowledge of documentation and reporting.
- Able to self-motivate and motivate a team.
- Experience working towards and exceeding targets.
