Amazon Business Growth Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Amazon Business Growth Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance brand visibility on Amazon Business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Growth Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance brand visibility on Amazon Business.
  2. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions.
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

  1. 2+ years of experience managing Amazon Business accounts or similar e-commerce platforms.
  2. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is required, as well as a strong understanding of Amazon's policies, procedures, and best practices.
