**Immigration Support Specialist**

  • Providing exceptional customer service to students and clients, responding promptly to their inquiries and concerns.
  • Managing online platforms and official communication channels to ensure a smooth experience for students.
  • Exploring and recommending suitable scholarship opportunities for students.
  • Developing and executing effective marketing strategies to attract new students and promote services.
  • Ensuring efficient office operations, including data entry, client communication, and document management.

**Ideal Candidate Profile**

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Previous experience in immigration or education services.
  • Fluent English language skills, with knowledge of additional languages an asset.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detailed and organized, with strong time management skills.
  • Thorough understanding of immigration laws and regulations.
