We are seeking a strategic marketing professional to oversee client-facing marketing initiatives across multiple digital channels.

Job Overview

This role involves developing and executing cross-channel marketing campaigns, managing client relationships, and optimising performance across the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns.
  • Email Marketing & Campaigns: Create and manage high-performing email campaigns, audience segmentation, and personalized messaging.
  • Search Engine Optimisation & Content Management: Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and implement SEO strategies to improve online visibility.
  • Social Media Marketing: Develop, schedule, and manage engaging social content while tracking performance metrics.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary contact for clients, providing strategic insights and campaign performance updates.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing (agency or client-side).
  • Strong track record in email campaigns, SEO, and social media management.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Experience in managing client relationships and presenting strategies.
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and data-driven.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with e-commerce platforms or Amazon sellers.
  • Familiarity with paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp).
