Job Title: Software Engineer - Backend

 

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled software engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development and be able to design, build, and maintain scalable systems.

 

**Key Responsibilities:

* Design and develop high-quality backend systems using Python, SQL, and APIs*

* Collaborate with data, operations, and automation teams to ensure efficient development and system maintenance*

* Assist in maintaining dev architecture for core operations and ensure code reusability and efficiency*

 

**Requirements:**

* 3+ years of experience in backend development with Python, SQL, and APIs*

* Strong understanding of scalable system design and ability to work in fast-paced environments*

* Excellent collaboration and communication skills*

**What You'll Do:**

  • Build backend systems to support reporting, integrations, and workflow tools
  • Assist in maintaining dev architecture for core operations
  • Collaborate with AI team to ensure code reusability and efficiency

 

**Cross-Functional Relationships:**

  • Collaborates with operations, logistics, compliance, customer service, and marketing

 

**Tools & Systems:**

  • Python, SQL, APIs, SellerCloud, Amazon SP-API, Monday.com, Teams, Google Sheets

 

**Accountability & Rhythm:**

  • Daily: Slack/Teams updates
  • Weekly: Project syncs and progress reports
  • Monthly: Retrospectives and improvements
