- Sales Executive: We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our team.
About the Role:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and driving revenue growth within assigned territories.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate high-quality leads for SME customers.
- Sales Skills: Develop strong sales techniques, strategies, and product knowledge to effectively communicate value to clients.
- Follow-up: Ensure timely follow-ups to convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet monthly B2B product sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth.
- Territory Management: Expand and manage the client database within assigned territories.
- Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on local market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity.
- Communication: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Negotiation: Negotiate deals and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth understanding of Basic Connectivity & Rack Products.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1 year of sales experience in a similar role.
- Required Skills: Basic Sales Skill Set + Basic Product & Sales Training.
- Preferred Skills: Experience in selling Technical Products can be an advantage.
