
Business Development Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Growth Specialist.
About the RoleThis role is responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, presenting and promoting products/services, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a call center environment, and possess strong communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify New Business Opportunities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to present and promote products/services.
- Achieve Monthly Sales Targets: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, provide solutions, and address objections in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain Positive Relationships: Maintain a positive relationship with customers for future business opportunities.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Comfortable working flexible shifts, including morning, evening, and night shifts.
- Commitment to a minimum of 8 months employment.
