Job Title: Language Bridge Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to work as an interpreter and translator within various settings, including healthcare, legal, education, and immigration services. As a leading provider of professional interpreting and translation services, we offer a unique opportunity for individuals who speak fluent English and Brahui language.

The Role:

  • Interpreting involves listening, understanding, and reproducing content with 100% accuracy in the target language.
  • You will interpret for people using legal, health, and local government services.
  • You will check non-English speakers' understanding after each sentence.
  • You will perform conference, consecutive, and public service interpreting.
  • You will deal with highly confidential information.
  • You will liaise between the service user and service provider.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English or another language.
  • BS/MS degree in English Language, Literature, ELT, or TESOL.
  • Any other interpreting-related qualification.
  • Must hold an IELTS certificate with an overall band score of 6.5, including a minimum of 6.0 in each individual subtest.
  • Will be required to sign and agree to a surety bond.
  • Will be required to sign and agree to a Non-Disclosure Agreement.
