Software Development Leadership Role

We seek a seasoned software professional to drive technical excellence in our team.

  • Lead the design and development of complex features and systems, ensuring scalability, security and maintainability.
  • Take responsibility for overall code quality, adhering to best engineering practices such as CI/CD and secure coding.
  • Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to ensure technical direction aligns with business objectives.
  • Identify technical risks early in the project lifecycle and work on mitigating them.
  • Translate technical requirements into business solutions and propose scalable approaches.
  • Mentor junior engineers, fostering technical growth and sharing best practices.
  • Assist in developing team processes and workflows to enhance productivity and code quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience with .NET/.NET Core.
  • Strong understanding of cloud services and architecture.
  • Proven expertise in AI-enabled applications, prompt engineering and OpenAI APIs.
  • Experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs and event-driven patterns in distributed systems.
  • Good understanding of cloud-native design patterns, scalability and security principles.
  • Strong grasp of CI/CD pipelines, IaC and deployment automation.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills.
