Job Title: Finance Assistant Professional

About the Role:

This position plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless execution of procurement activities within our organization. As a finance assistant professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end procurement process while maintaining compliance with financial guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and analyzing financial statements, balance sheets, and profit-and-loss reports to ensure accurate financial representations.
  • Manage invoices, process accounts payable, and reconcile accounts to maintain an up-to-date financial picture.
  • Utilize accounting software (e.g., Peach-Tree) to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
  • Provide administrative assistance for office operations, document management, and scheduling to enhance overall productivity.
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations and tax compliance by staying updated on relevant laws and company policies.
  • Communicate financial information clearly and professionally with internal teams, clients, and vendors to foster effective collaboration.
  • Maintain high accuracy in financial data entry and reconciliation tasks to minimize errors and discrepancies.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records and administrative processes to prevent potential issues.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and support senior finance and admin professionals to achieve organizational goals.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with data protection laws and company policies to safeguard sensitive information.
  • Stay open to learning new tools and procedures, and adapt to changes in the finance and admin field to remain competitive and efficient.
