As a Tax Associate, you will be responsible for implementing proactive controls to identify issues early and adhering to our internal control policies, including SOX compliance.

You will work closely with the Local Finance Team, Business Controllers, Tax Analysts, Accounts Payable & Receivable teams, and other support networks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial information.

Your duties will include preparing and submitting Property Tax forms for US states within deadlines, performing balance sheet account reconciliations (Indirect Tax, Direct Tax, Withholding), and ensuring journal postings are approved and recorded following SOX and JEV policies.

To succeed in this role, you must have mandatory knowledge of NA Direct Tax Compliance, specifically Form 1120 and 1065.

  • Develop detailed knowledge of accounting flows to support reconciliations.
